The shadchan.im team reviews your request. You get a reference number to use if you follow up. If the request cannot be sent, your text stays in the form so you can try again.

- Setting up an organization, or a login you cannot get into.

- A detail is wrong, or a profile should be withdrawn or removed.

- A question about what is held about someone, and who can see it.
