For shidduch organizations
Your intake.
Your staff.
Your notes.
Approved shadchanim and authorized organization staff can find the active profiles you share with All Shadchanim. Your organization’s private notes stay within your team.
How intake works
- 1
You get an intake link.
It belongs to your organization. A single, a parent, a relative fills it in - no account needed.
- 2
It lands privately.
Your authorized staff can review it. A platform administrator may review a possible duplicate. It is not searchable by All Shadchanim or visible to other organizations.
- 3
Your staff reviews it.
Fill the gaps, fix what came in wrong, add the context that never belongs on a form.
- 4
You publish it, or you don’t.
Newly active profiles stay with the people working on them for 14 days before opening to All Shadchanim. You can share with All Shadchanim sooner. Private details keep their own sharing settings.
The lines are real
- You control staff access.
- Admins invite staff and end access. Removing someone doesn’t delete the work they did.
- Affiliation isn’t ownership.
- A profile can be affiliated with several organizations. Nobody owns it, and nobody reads anyone else’s file.
- Your notes stay in your organization.
- A shadchan’s own notes are never part of organization-wide history either.
- You can see where everything came from.
- Every suggestion shows who raised it - your shadchan, a meeting, or a shadchan outside your organization.
Getting set up
There’s no anonymous signup. Send us the organization’s name and who should coordinate, and a person takes it from there. It costs nothing - shadchan.im is a nonprofit.
